Absolutely first class transaction from start to finish.

The saber itself is beautiful and a delight to hold. I was surprised at how natural it feels to use; the balance is great and spinning is much easier than I was expecting. It also separates into two pieces so can be worn in a concealed fashion as Kanan used to. It feels wonderful in the hands - every time I look at it I feel compelled to grab it!

The app is excellent- easy to edit and create blade styles and I love that you can manually adjust settings such as out/in blade timings to match the sound effect.

The seller was phenomenal throughout, it was shipped incredibly quickly but the courier decided to change the tracking number which threw their own tracking system. Evri told me it was lost but the seller managed to track down the original shipping number which the courier didn't provide and got things moving again. Brilliant comms, brilliant product, brilliant seller.
